Make sure you have connected at least one cable from the Track Input node to the Output node, or that other nodes are connected to the Output node. Make sure you have an audio file imported into the region you are playing back in your DAW, or have a microphone connected correctly, and have armed the track. Some DAWs may also require you to arm input monitoring.
