I have run out of standalone authorisations how do I activate the software? Back to knowledge base
If you have run out of Online Authorisations you can still activate the software. Please contact our Support Team, via the Krotos website Contact form, letting us know you have run out of activations and include the details below:
– Order number
– Software you purchased
– Challenge Key (you can generate a Challenge Key by going to Offline Authorisation and choosing the option Generate Challenge Key)
A member of our Support Team will contact you with a new Username and Password for you to activate the software with.
