We do not offer refunds except in the case of malfunction, as is stated on our website and in the EULA for the software. These can all be viewed here: License Agreements.

Users lose the right to cancel the transaction once they begin to download the software or libraries.

All our plugins are available for a free 10 day demo. We encourage you to test the plugin your are interested in on your preferred DAW before making a purchase.
