Weaponiser is a midi instrument plugin. In Pro Tools, you need to create a stereo instrument track, and add a plugin. In the dropdown you will find Weaponiser under ‘Multi-channel plugin > Instrument > Weaponiser’
Mono and multichannel versions of the plugin are currently not supported.
