How to update your software? Back to knowledge base

  • When there is an update for your Krotos software, you will see a pop-up telling you there is a new version of the software available.

  • You can also check for updates at any time by going to the Menu option at the top right of any plugin and then choosing Update from the drop-down.

  • In the Update pop-up, you will see a message detailing a new version is available, if there is an update, and options to download or postpone the update.

  • If your version is fully up to date, you will be told this in the pop-up as well.

  • If you click the Download option you will be taken to the website.
  • From here, log into your Krotos account, go to your Dashboard and then choose the Downloads option again. This will take you to the list of products you own and their respective download links. If you have purchased through a reseller and don’t see your downloads listed here, please go back to your dashboard and choose “Register Product”. Once registered, your download should appear in the list.

  • All of these versions in your Downloads will be the most up to date versions of the software. Just click on the black box with your software’s name to download it.
  • Run the installer and your software will be up to date.
