Do Krotos products run Apple Silicon (M1-4)? Back to knowledge base

Most Krotos products now run natively on Apple Silicon (ARM / M1-4) Mac devices.

The plugins that are NOT currently compatible are:
– Concept
– Simple Concept

These plugins run on Apple Silicon Mac devices using Rosetta mode – follow the steps below:

1. Close your DAW
2. In Finder, open the Applications folder
3. Right-click your DAW’s app icon
4. Select Get Info from the popup menu
5. In the General section, check the box at the bottom that says Open using Rosetta
6. Open your DAW

Our team is considering adding this feature in a future update – balancing commercial and technical priorities can be a challenge for a team our size. Stay tuned!
