Role Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and creative Social Media and Community Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for growing Krotos’ social media presence, engaging with our community across platforms, and fostering relationships with influencers to create impactful content. You will act as the voice of Krotos, cultivating meaningful interactions and discussions while increasing brand visibility. Key Responsibilities:
- Social Media Growth: Develop and implement strategies to increase social media followers and engagement across all platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Community Engagement: Manage and engage with online communities across social media, forums, and other platforms where sound design professionals congregate.
- Content Moderation: Oversee and moderate discussions in social media channels, ensuring a positive and supportive atmosphere.
- Influencer Relations: Identify, negotiate, and manage partnerships with influencers who can create content that resonates with our audience and strengthens the Krotos brand.
- Campaign Management: Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute social media campaigns that align with business objectives.
- Forum Participation: Actively participate in relevant industry forums to promote Krotos, answer questions, and establish a positive presence.
- Performance Tracking: Monitor and analyze the performance of social media efforts, providing regular reports and insights to improve results.
- Trend Monitoring: Stay up-to-date on the latest trends in social media, community engagement, and influencer marketing to ensure Krotos remains at the forefront of digital marketing.
Required Skills:
- Proven experience as a Social Media Manager, Community Manager, or similar role in a creative or tech-driven industry.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, forums, and influencer marketing.
- Ability to create and execute successful social media strategies to grow followers and engagement.
- Experience moderating online communities and fostering positive interactions.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- A passion for sound design, music, or audio technology
- Proficiency with social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer).
- Analytical mindset with experience using data to inform decisions.
Desired Skills:
- Experience working with influencers, including contract negotiations.
- Familiarity with sound design or post-production environments.
