Our software and sound effects libraries are used by film, television, and game sound professionals worldwide. We massively speed up and revolutionise their workflows so they can make their projects sound awesome!

We are on a growth trajectory and looking for a Marketing and Social Media Assistant. We are ramping up our content creation, distribution, and promotion and you will be supporting the marketing team across the department.

We are looking for someone creative and ambitious who has a ‘gets stuff done’ mindset. You’ll report to our Marketing Manager and be entrusted with day-to-day marketing activities and seen thriving within a busy environment.

Key Objectives:

  • Support the marketing team with planning, implementing, and monitoring campaigns and projects.
  • Post, monitor and manage engagement on our social media.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Assisting with the production of marketing collateral – e.g. writing articles, newsletters and social posts, sourcing stock photos and videos, and designing social graphics.
  • Uploading and scheduling blog posts, newsletters, and social posts, as well as managing and responding to comments.
  • Supporting the setup and management of paid advertising (Facebook and Google Ads).
  • Organising and coordinating interviews with sound professionals.
  • Updating the database of campaigns to log ongoing campaign efforts, outcomes, and effectiveness.
  • Helping the team to compile and produce monthly marketing reports.

Required Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing or relevant experience.
  • Work experience within a marketing team.
  • WordPress experience using page or block builders.
  • Experience in and set up for home working (remote). Comfortable participating through video calls throughout the day.
  • A confident communicator who’s good at writing and team discussions.
  • Detail-oriented with analytical and data-driven thinking.
  • Curious, creative, and ready to take on any challenge.
  • Always learning something new and keeping abreast of marketing trends.

Desired Skills:

  • Canva or Adobe tools for social graphics and basic video editing.
  • HTML and CSS experience.
  • Knowledge of or experience in sound post production or music.
