Role Overview

We’re seeking a Marketing Lead who is hands-on, strategic and results-driven to spearhead our marketing initiatives. As a key member of the team, you’ll play a pivotal role in elevating Krotos’ brand and driving growth through innovative and impactful campaigns. Objectives

  • Growth Targets
    • Drive 100%+ year-over-year revenue growth.
    • Achieve a minimum 3:1 return on investment for all marketing campaigns.
  • Strategic Planning
    • Develop and execute a data-driven marketing strategy to meet ambitious growth goals.
    • Set clear goals and KPIs for user acquisition, retention, and revenue growth.
    • Identify and target key customer segments to ensure campaigns resonate with core audiences.
  • Campaign Execution
    • Design and implement high-ROI campaigns across multiple channels.
    • Use customer insights and market trends to drive trial sign-ups, improve conversions, and boost retention.
    • Optimize lead generation and nurture strategies using email, SEO, and performance marketing.
  • Team Leadership
    • Build and mentor a high-performing marketing team.
    • Foster collaboration across product, sales, and creative teams to ensure cohesive execution.
    • Encourage curiosity, creativity, and accountability within the team.
  • Analytics & Reporting
    • Analyze and report on campaign performance, growth metrics, and ROI to leadership.
    • Use insights to refine strategies and ensure effective use of marketing budgets.

Responsibilities

  • Revenue and brand growth 
  • Define and articulate Krotos’ positioning and value proposition to target audiences.
  • Build brand awareness through creative campaigns, partnerships, and thought leadership.
  • Ensure a consistent brand voice and maintain quality across all marketing channels and materials.
  • Develop and nurture strategic partnerships to expand visibility and reach new audiences.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 5+ years in a senior marketing role, preferably in tech, audio-tech, or media, with team leadership experience.
  • Proven expertise in at least one marketing channel, with hands-on experience in Google Ads, Facebook Ads, SEO, and email marketing.
  • Strong understanding of data-driven marketing, growth methodologies, and campaign optimization.
  • Proficiency with marketing tools and platforms (e.g., HubSpot, ActiveCampaign, Salesforce).
  • Excellent project management and collaboration skills, with a proven track record of delivering high-impact results.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.

Preferred Skills

  • A passion for music and sound.
  • Background in sound design, post-production, or creative content creation.
  • Established media and press network.
  • Experience in startups or running a company.
