Adam Levenson Joins Krotos as VP of Business Development
Krotos Ltd, makers of Dehumaniser, the globally acclaimed vocal processing software used by AAA game studios, Hollywood film studios, and top-notch post-production companies, announced the latest addition to its executive team with Adam Levenson joining the company as Vice President of Business Development.
Adam Levenson has 25 years of experience encompassing the creative, technical, legal, and business aspects of the video game and audio industries. Levenson’s career has evolved from being a classically trained musician playing sessions and live performances, to working as a composer and sound designer in the burgeoning multimedia industry in the early ‘90’s, then to leadership positions at Interplay, Electronic Arts, and Shiny Entertainment.
During his tenure as Senior Director at Activision, Adam established and managed both the Central Audio and Central Talent teams supporting work on major franchises such as Call of Duty, Skylanders, James Bond, Spider-Man, and Transformers. In 2011, Adam launched Levenson Artists Agency, providing representation to clients such as celebrity composers Hans Zimmer and Lorne Balfe, Cirque du Soleil soloist Tina Guo, and many more. After serving as COO of Somatone Interactive, a global leader in audio production for mobile games, Adam joined CRI Middleware as General Manager to lead the introduction of CRI’s audio and video technologies into North America and Europe.
“We are absolutely thrilled that Adam is joining our team,” commented Orfeas Boteas, Krotos CEO. “He’s really well-regarded in the industry and to have someone of his calibre part of our team will help step-up our ability to deliver revolutionising audio products. By being our VP of Business Development, Adam will travel the world, working directly with customers and potential clients as we strive to fully meet their needs and develop technology that’s only ever been imagined.”
“Krotos is developing cutting-edge technologies that combine artificial intelligence, advanced signal analysis, and out-of-the-box thinking to open up fundamentally new creative ways to design sound,” said Adam. “I’m very excited to join the Krotos team as VP of Business Development.”
